| Juggling beanbags are best for beginning juggling ages 9 through adult. Squish beanbags are easier to catch, and stay put when dropped. Most beanbags are filled with millet for the ideal weight.
Plastic filled beanbags are good for traveling to countries with agricultural restrictions or outdoor situations with very small animals. A good quality juggling beanbag set is the foundation for building juggling skills and nice to practice with for learning intermediate through advanced tricks.
